Office Manager + Technical Support (Spokane)

General Responsibilities: - Answer telephone, screen, classify and route calls
- Email and web hosting technical support for our customers
- Handle setup and cancellation of customer accounts
- Monitor company email and respond to requests for information and support
- Log calls and support requests
- Maintain internal company documentation
- General administrative and clerical support
- General office management tasks
- Assist bookkeeper with monthly billing
- Cleaning of common areas
The ideal candidate will posses these key traits: - Communication – Must be an effective, professional communicator.
- Organization – Must be able to multi-task effectively, and ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner.
- Reliability – Must be able to be on-time every day. The productivity of the entire office is adversely affected when the front desk is not running smoothly.
- Personality – Must be personable and friendly. This position is often the first contact with existing and potential customers, and must make a good impression.
- Technical Aptitude – Must be willing and able to learn how to provide basic system administration and technical support for web hosting and email.
