Large and upscale apartment community has an immediate opening for an on-site resident manager.
Experience:
â–ª Collection of rent
â–ª Issuing rental agreements
â–ª Overseeing evictions and move-outs
â–ª Preparing for move-inÂ’s
â–ª Receive maintenance requests
â–ª Communicates with corporate
â–ª Delicates and manages support staff.
Please please please, only those people with 1-2 year direct experience in property management, leasing or landlord-tenant industry apply.
