Dirne Community Health Centers, a non-profit, community health center in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho is seeking a full time Human Resources Director responsible for providing overall strategic HR leadership. This includes planning, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing the various human resources functions, including, but not limited to employment, compensation, benefits, policies and procedures, legal compliance, and other employee services. Uses knowledge of various human resource functions to provide tactical HR support to managers, supervisors and leads. Minimum qualifications: BachelorÂ’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related discipline and 1 to 3 years of progressively responsible experience in Human Resources, OR equivalent combination of education and related experience required. Direct hands-on Human Resources experience may be substituted for full educational requirements. Must demonstrate knowledge of laws and regulations related to human resource management.
