Spokane owned Healthcare Staffing Agency is searching for an additional Employment Specialist. Our primary focus is on both temporary and permanent placement of high quality healthcare professionals in the northwestern states as well as nationwide. Smaller more intimate team of professionals whose collaborative ultimate goal is to provide positive solutions for our clients staffing needs within the healthcare industry.
BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
Employment Specialist will strive to achieve a competitive advantage over other nationwide staffing agencies by successfully managing all recruiting functions & interactions with customers. Cultivates the trust of our customers by employing healthcare professionals & employers nationwide that bring to the industry integrity, professionalism, accountability, empathy, passion and character and by doing so will produce repeat business, referrals and continued relationships. Flexible work schedule with mobile office opportunity.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Min. AA degree or equivalent. Will also consider a combination of work experience in sales or human resources and/or staffing industry along with continuing education and/or professional development
- Human Resource experience is desired
- Sales experience is highly desired
- Outstanding communication skills is mandatory both verbal and written
- Problem solving, creative thinking & project management capabilities
- Self driven, embraces change, thrives on challenges
- Able to work individually and as a team to exceed objectives and office goals
