ALK-AbelloÂ’ Source Materials, Inc., (ASM) a leading manufacturer of quality allergenic biological source materials, and a member of the global ALK-AbelloÂ’ group of companies, is recruiting for our open Temporary Quality Assurance Support Services Assistant position. Join our stable and growing company and provide leadership and expertise to our workforce located in our 90,000 square foot facility in Post Falls, ID.
The Quality Assurance Support Services Assistant is responsible for assisting with maintenance of the documentation system, the document control room, and document storage room. This position also assists the Documentation Specialist in the annual review of the document system and processing change control documentation and ensuring proper routing and filing. The Quality Assurance Support Services Assistant is also responsible for routing and publishing externally and internally generated documentation, as well as monitoring and maintaining original documents and official copies of documents. Other responsibilities include maintenance of records and logs regarding the location and disposition of documents and generating batch records and labels for all batch record processes.
The successful candidate will have exposure to scientific concepts in a college setting and be highly skilled at administrative-type functions (filing, data entry, etc.). Proficiency with word processing software (Word) and spreadsheet applications (Excel) are a must, as well as excellent oral and written communication skills. Candidates must have excellent attention to detail and organization skills.
All positions at ASM require the ability to work around allergenic antigens, hazardous chemicals and solvents and laboratory reagents.
