HOURS:
Monday - Friday; Full-time; schedule to be determined.
SUMMARY:
Provides information on company products and services to customers according to company policies and procedures and Federal and State rules and regulations. Gathers and analyzes financial information on customers for the purpose of determining qualifying status for mortgage loans. Prepares, analyzes, processes and documents all required forms and related documentation for mortgage loans. Approves or denies loan applications based on analysis of each applicantÂ’s background. Operates under moderate credit authority. Promotes company products and services.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); 1 year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Related work experience may substitute for education. Mortgage loan processing and origination experience preferred. Sales experience an asset.


Location: Spokane Valley, WA
Compensation: Minimum Wage plus Commission
