Provide exceptional customer service by responding to telephone and/or email inquires regarding products and services, requests and problems. Will process routine to complex transactions. Actively expand existing customer relationships by cross selling products and services or referring customers to appropriate sales staff. Comply with policies, procedures, security requirements, and government regulations. Open new accounts following established procedures. Successful candidates will have good computer, problem-solving, negotiating, and time management skills as well as excellent telephone and interpersonal skills. Previous customer service related work experience required, prior call center and/or banking experience preferred. Flexible work shifts and hours is required. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
