A local hospitality company is searching for a Human Resources manager. This is a full-time, managerial position. Duties will include managing the hiring practices of the organization, creating and holding all members of the organization to set standards of service, rewarding stories of success and anticipating the needs of the staff. Other duties may include being a liason for the organization with the company's membership, hotel guests and local media. Our company strives to meet the highest standards of service for our members; this should translate to a high standard of accountability and advocacy for our employees. Prior experience in a Human Resources Management required.


Location: downtown spokane
Compensation: D.O.E.
