Candidate Sourcer/Junior Recruiter (Part Time) (Spokane)

We're looking for a Candidate Sourcer / Junior Recruiter to join the Human Resources team in our Spokane office. This position will source high-quality exempt and non exempt candidates for our Senior Recruiters, with a focus on accounting, technology, and infrastructure positions.
The primary responsibilities of this position include:
• National sourcing and pipelining for qualified resumes/candidates via job boards, open internet searches, data mining and social media.
• Scheduling candidate interviews and resources for the Senior Recruiters, Hiring Managers and Regional HR managers.
• Production of statistical/operational reports to support recruiting.
With the right skills, this position may also:
• Write and edit job marketing content for posts to boards & social media networks.
• Screen / interview candidates to assess skills and culture fit
• Perform market research on demographics, hiring trends, competitive intelligence and candidate lead generation.
The successful candidate will need to have:
• Superior communication and customer service skills
• Excellent time management and organization skills
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in human resources, communications, business, liberal arts, or related field.
• At least one year of experience in a fast paced, multi-tasking human resource, recruiting, research, marketing, lead generation, sales support, social media, or analytical role.
• Recent grads and college experience will also be considered.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, Outlook and the internet.
• Ambition to learn and excel in a fast paced environment
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of recruitment or ATS experience a strong plus
This is a temporary position, approximately 25-30 hours per week, from July through November, and does not include benefits.
