We are looking for someone to join a dynamic and record-breaking sales organization, seeking an enthusiastic and organized professional to work as a Hiring Manager/Recruiter . This candidate will be part of a team working directly with and for the Regional Sales Manager.
You will work with the entire agency team as well as a variety of high level managers and sales leaders. We are looking for someone who will thrive in our fast-paced, results oriented and fun environment! Flexibility, teamwork and organization are essential qualities for a successful candidate.

Job Duties Would Include:
• Coordinate all agency growth and administrative initiatives
• Sort through many candidates over the phone, schedule and conduct interviews to assist the hiring process
• Compile and manage all reports for the Regional Sales Manager
• Maintain and update all communications for the Regional Sales Manager
• Organize and maintain new associates
• Working with our Regional Manager to assist him in any specific duties he might require.
