The Better Business Bureau serving Eastern Washington, North Idaho and Montana is hiring for a Lead Investigator position.



This position requires investigation skills, attention to detail, multi-tasking and excellent organizational ability. Customer service, communication skills and phone etiquette are required. Data entry speed and efficiency are a must for the job. Experience with Excel and internet research are required. Must be able to manage multiple deadlines and create a manageable workload structure. Must have ability to handle irate customers and take control of situations. Previous journalistic or investigative reporter experience is a definite plus.
