Small law firm handling mostly Spokane County and some Kootenai County personal injury claims is seeking a personal injury Paralegal with a minimum of five to ten years experience managing and litigating personal injury cases. Applicants should be detail oriented, organized, and able to manage personal injury files from start to finish. Candidate should have a full understanding of BI liability, PIP and UIM claims and coverage; subrogation issues and resolution; reviewing/summarizing medical records/bills; client contact from initial intake to resolution; settlement demands (preparing/evaluating); litigation (court rules, calendaring, scheduling, ticklers, initiating the drafting of pleadings needed including complaints, discovery requests, motions, declarations, filing, serving, tort claims, etc.); mediation preparation; and trial process). We are seeking someone who can work independently and takes their career seriously.
