LensCrafters in the Spokane Valley Mall is looking to add a Lab Manager to our fantastic team. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience leading a team. Must have strong organizational and strategic skills with an ability to multi-task in a high volume environment. Previous lab or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required. We will train the right management candidate to perform in the lab. A proven track record of recruiting, development and performance management is required.
