Network Engineer (Spokane)

. Responsible for the cutover of all equipment and circuits identified by the Government.
Assist Government personnel with the installation of all new equipment/circuits.
Provide Government personnel technical training on Cisco network equipment, troubleshooting, use of applicable test equipment and maintenance of equipment as required.
Assist in performing maintenance to include but not limited to the installation of new software, software releases, software updates, software patches and software fixes.
Provide the backup for these and other required services in the event of deployment or absence of assigned Government personnel.
Develop and maintain documentation and continuity manuals of performed services as required by Government personnel.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 6 years of documented operational experience, experience in Cisco networking technology (including CISCO Unified Call Manager, CISCO Internetwork Operating System 12+), EIGRP and OSPF Routing Protocols
At least 6 years experience in Network Administration, Infrastructure and/or Networking Engineering required.
Associate's degree in Computer Engineering Field required
Minimum of 6 years and recent experience in planning, preparing, implementing, testing, troubleshooting and documenting equipment/circuits transitioned to a Cisco infrastructure.
MCSE certification required
CCNA certification required

8570 Job Requirements
Information Assurance professional certifications that meet DoD 8570.1M requirements for IAT-2 (GSEC, Security+, SCNP, SSCP).
