Qualifications:



• Minimum bachelor's degree in education, sports/recreation administration, or business



• Minimum two years non-profit management experience working directly with budget, personnel issues as well as organizing, evaluating and managing day-to day operations.



• Experience developing/managing early childhood education programs



• Experience in developing sustainable partnerships with community non-profits, agencies, and organizations



• Experience working successfully with low-income and/or at-risk youth and families



• Experience writing successfully funded grants



• Experience using an evidence-based decision making process



• Ability to obtain licensure through Department of Early Learning
