Software Developer (Spokane Valley)

Highly self motivated and organized Software Developer to potentially manage a group of 5 programmers.

We are adding new clients this year and we are looking to add new talent to our programming staff.
We are looking for individuals with the following requirements:
Lead a group of people (5 or so) to meet deadlines, complete the tasks at hand. Small group project management is required.
Strong programming skills in C#, Visual Basic, C++, and .NET, writing advanced SQL queries with knowledge of Transact-SQL and stored procedures a plus.
Knowledge of MS Visual Studio 2008.
Time management skills with multiple ongoing tasks is a must.
Ability to learn and apply new technologies.
Ability to grasp the big picture and follow through from design to implementation while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
Optional Experiences a plus:
Experience with Crystal Reports.
Knowledge of network socket programming, windows services, web services, and IIS.
Web development working knowledge using ASP.NET, JavaScript, and jQuery.
Experience with MS SQL databases and SQL database tools such as query analyzer and profiler.
Knowledge of source control systems.
Ability to quickly understand SDK's in order to integrate hardware devices such as scanners, and imaging devices into software applications
