legal help to file for Disablity Insurance (Spokane, WA) Part-time

Looking to find assiantance for filing for disablity insurance. Whole process is new to me. Looking to find a legal rep or some one that works in one of the fields of Disablity Insurance . Need to have the whole process done. From getting info together,to filing and regestering and for doctors (goverment,regular doctors etc..) that work on helping people with disablity's file. Please only people in the field of this profession or legal assiantance or assocations that help the lower income file for this program.( Local, State and Charities) Please e-mail me with your contact info so I may contact you.
