We are currently seeking a Payroll Coordinator to join the team as a member of our growing Payroll division. This person will be responsible for:
T&E
-Responsible for the collection, tracking, preparation and dissemination of timesheets for all companies to the appropriate Payroll Coordinator.
-Weekly processing of expenses through Expense Wire.
-Expense auditing, analytics and reporting
-Responsible for preparation and processing of all Time Adjustment entries.
-Research and reply to all employee questions regarding Expense and Mileage payments.
-First tier support for employees using Expense Wire -- non-technical issues
-Tracking and reporting of all taxable expenses, including imputing income and W2 reporting
Payroll
-Responsible for payroll processing, auditing, payment and taxing for relocations, mileage allowances, sign-on and transition bonuses and other non-salary pay
-Back up for Processing of the Union 4/10 payroll cycles
-Data entry for Union weekly payroll
-Data entry for new hires, employee change requests, and other data points
-Process Employment Verifications and SUI reporting
Qualified candidates will possess the following:
-Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Visio required; working knowledge of SharePoint preferred.
-Understanding of IRS regulations and taxability for expense reimbursements
-AA degree in accounting, business, finance or related field required.
-FPC certification preferred
-Two (2) years payroll experience
-Physically able to occasionally lift up to 30 pounds.
