Wireless Sales Associates- AT&T Authorized Retailer (Coeur D Alene / Wandermere /Spokane)

The largest AT&T Authorized Retailer in the Pacific NW is looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic sale associate to join the team in our Wandermere (Spokane) and Coeur D Alene locations! Be a part of iphone 4s , Android, Windows Phone 7 and all the other great devices coming in 2012!
Wireless experience is great! Prefer to have at least 2 years retail sales experience.
AT&T is one of the largest cellular providers in the US which is continuing to be the leader of new innovative products and technology in the wireless industry like the Apple Iphone, Android and other great devices! Cellular World is excited to be opening new stores and growing in the Pacific NW Market! We currently have a multiple store expansion going on in Washington during the summer to add to our 25 locations we currently have.
Come be a part of the ever changing world of wireless with the Cellular World AT&T Team!!! If you are self motivated and love to provide great customer service than this is the perfect opportunity for you! Of course, you have to love sales and be good at it too! Must be flexiable w/ 7 days availibility and work standard retail hours- 9am to 9pm. (although most stores are open between 10am to 7pm) May be required to travel between locations.
Basic job description: Assisting and qualifying customers on wireless needs. Upselling wireless features, accessories and phones. Troubleshooting phones, bill analysis, and fulfilling customers needs. Merchandising of store, basic computer uses and knowledge of all wireless products and services. 2 year previous retail sales is required and wireless sales experience is greatly welcome!
Base Hourly Pay ,bi-weekly commissions, health benefits, vacations, discounted rate plans are some of the perks.
Average hourly pay for associates w/ commissions is $10.50 up to $18.00 an hour depending on volume and sales.
Must be able to pass back ground screen, have a positive, upbeat attitude, good w/ general public and BE ABLE TO LISTEN TO CUSTOMERS NEEDS- THEN OFFER SOLUTIONS!
