An International Commercial Design-Build Firm seeks a qualified freelance Project Superintendant for a specific TI project coming up in Spokane Valley, WA
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience with onsite TI management.
- Licensed
- Ability to multi-task
- Coordination skills with scheduling product and subcontractors
- Assistance in selecting subcontractors
- Continual Reporting back to Project Manager
- Good presents and communication skills
