Level II Network Engineer (Spokane, Near DT)

Cycrest Systems, Inc, Spokane's top computer services company is recruiting for an experienced, energetic, outgoing, local LEVEL 2 NETWORK ENGINEER. Will be responsible for customer consultation, technical design, configuration, and implementation of local and WAN solutions and provide ongoing technical support for remote area networks, internet, and EDI communications. Will also troubleshoot networks, workstations, servers, and computer peripherals and will work to establish and maintain positive long term relationships with customers. A++ Customer Service Skills Required.
HOURS/DAYS/SCHEDULE:
Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 pm.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have two (2) or more years directly related WORK experience.
- Must have experience troubleshooting h/w, s/w and network related problems.
- Must have extensive knowledge of multiple network operating systems, protocols, security, and implementation with multi-vendor network systems.
- Must have excellent customer service skills, be able to work well with others and have an outgoing presence.
- Must be knowledgeable of the Greater Spokane Area.
- Must have a current valid drivers license, dependable transportation, and vehicle insurance.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- AAS/Bachelors degree in network admin/computer science helpful but not required.
- MSCE/CNE or related certifications highly desired.
- Server 2008 and virtual server experience a big plus.
SALARY/WAGE/BENEFITS:
Salary DOE. Full benefits package available after 90 days, including Medical, Dental, 401K and Gym membership reimbursment.
