Business Analyst (Spokane, WA)

Next IT is seeking a skilled Business Analyst with experience implementing software solutions in a variety of business verticals. This position is located in Spokane, WA. This role supports sales and solution delivery efforts by identifying business and end user needs and by gathering, documenting and communicating requirements for creative software solutions that address those needs. The business analyst uses a variety of tools and communication techniques to facilitate continuous discussion and collaboration between both technical and nontechnical stakeholders. The business analyst will also work with the project manager and account manager throughout the life of the project to ensure defined project scope is appropriate to achieve realization of evolving business goals. On an ongoing basis, the business analyst will assist the quality assurance team in developing test sheets and will review both quantitative and qualitative data to identify ways to communicate and improve the value of the implemented solution.
Qualifications: The successful candidate must have business analysis experience, gathering requirements on integrated software suite implementations with external customers. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, analytical/problem solving skills, and experience developing use cases. The candidate must also have the ability to analyze and document processes and to work independently at client sites with all levels of personnel. The candidate must be proficient have experience and knowledge with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Visio).
Education: A Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university in Business, Computer Science, or related field and 3-5 years related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
