Generalist and Recruitment Specialist



Inland
Imaging is looking for an experienced HR Recruiter with specific expertise in IT
recruitment to join our Human Resources team in Spokane, WA. In addition to being a national leader in medical imaging services,
with locations throughout the northwest, Inland Imaging also provides business
management (Billing, Accounting, HR,
practice management) and IT services through our different Inland
Imaging companies, including Inland Imaging Business Associates and TROI,
IT.

a Bachelor's degree and minimum of 5 years of experience recruiting for
technical or IT specialized positions along with
knowledge of employment laws and a desire to work and grow in a fast paced,

Typical responsibilities include:




Recruiting,
interviewing, checking references, completing background inquiries and making
employment offers




Writing
advertisements and finding qualified candidates through multiple sources
including the internet, associations, networking, career fairs, and other
traditional and innovative recruitment methods




Educating
candidates on our history, values, culture, mission and working environment




Manage
our on-line application process including screening resumes/applications,
pre-screen applicants and schedule interviews for hiring managers




Define
and follow developed selection processes as well as making recommendations on
improvements



 
Preview
and/or develop interview questions, insure timely recruitment from initial
approval to hire




Coordinate
new employee orientation and complete all new hire paperwork




Insure
all pre-employment qualifications are met including drug free workplace,
background inquiries, documentation of minimum qualifications (education,
licensure, and certifications), reference checks, etc.




Recommend
initial compensation and work closely
with other members of the HR team and hiring managers



Qualifications:



 
Human
Resources or related degree with a minimum of 5 years recruitment experience




Experience
in IT recruitment and healthcare recruitment are strongly desired




Experience
working with variable compensation models, including commission and sales
compensation is a plus




Knowledge
of legal hiring practices and procedures and general HR law and practices




Excellent
organizational and teamwork skills




Strong
interviewing and writing skills




Excellent
verbal and written communication skills, including communicating with tact and
diplomacy



 
Ability
to organize, prioritize and juggle multiple priorities




Successfully
pass a pre-employment drug test, criminal background inquiry, and reference
checks




Ability
to prove eligibility to work in the United States




Computer
skills including MS Office, HRIS, and other systems
