Team leader needed part-time to start (Spokane Valley) Full-time

Looking for a dynamic individual with quality supervisory experience. We do not implement the 'drive' method of leadership. The highest production output in our industry comes from a team working as a team versus working out of fear. Micromanagement would obviously not be needed if all team members are accountable for themselves and motivated.

A college education is preferred, or the individual must be able to utilize critical analysis and communicate effectively. The products and services being marketed are Legal Services and Identity Protection. These are soft sell products. Quality training utilizing some of the previously mentioned business practices are provided.
