Quality Manager



A growing company based in the Spokane, Washington area seeks an experienced Quality Manager. This position reports to the Director of Quality and works closely with all departments to ensure compliance with all customer requirements and regulatory regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

 Supervise Quality Department staff and activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures and Customer, FDA, GMP, and ISO standards

 Coordinate, facilitate, and conduct investigations with respect to material, product and non-conformances and identify corrective and preventive actions

 Provide leadership through effective communications, coaching, training and development

 Review customer and regulatory requirements

 Responsible for Quality documentation and implementation

 Provides technical review of controlled documents

 Implementing quality strategies/systems and developing initiatives to improve work processes

Requirements:

 Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, Biology, or related field; or a combination of equivalent education and experience

 A minimum of 5 years of Quality Control experience in a pharmaceutical or FDA regulated industry

 Excellent communication, leadership and people skills

 Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic company environment

 Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
