Resident Manager Wanted (South Hill)

Resident manager wanted for 40 unit apartment complex on lower south hill. Responsibilities will include, but not limited to: leasing; collecting rents; keeping tenant files up to date; light maintenance; and unit turnover (cleaning, arranging for necessary repairs, etc.).
