In this position you will be working with members experiencing financial distress by fully analyzing and understanding their challenges and tailoring a solution to meet their short and long term needs.



Our ideal candidate will bring previous experience working with members/customers who are currently past due or struggling with their loans preferably in a back office (over the phone) environment along with experience originating and underwriting loans. The ideal candidate will also bring previous collections experience.
