Warehouse Supervisor



A local manufacturing company based in the Spokane, Washington area seeks an experienced Warehouse Supervisor. The Warehouse Supervisor oversees all operations such for shipping, receiving, transportation, and inventory control.

Key Responsibilities:

 Direct the daily operations of the Warehouse, including the receipt, storage, and shipping of raw and finished materials

 Responsible of Inventory Management -- cycle count program

 Supervise employees by training, coaching, prioritizing and assigning tasks to be completed

 Monitor warehouse storage, receiving, security, and shipping to insure procedures are being followed

 Ensure inventory is properly and accurately maintained according to Company procedures and FDA regulations

 Prepares reports on warehouse/delivery activities and inventory levels

 Develop, communicate, and resolve inventory issues

Requirements:

 Minimum 5 years in a warehouse/distribution setting

 Minimum 2 years in a supervisory role

 Experience in a FDA & GMP regulated facility

 Good knowledge of Purchasing and Inventory Control principles and practices

 Strong leadership skills
