Fast Track Management

The right candidate will start off in Sales Management and work closely with a senior manager for first 3 months to accelerate earning and growth potential. In that first 3 months you will learn our business and while learning will grow, develop, manage, mentor, and train their own team.

The candidate we are looking for has proven leadership capabilities and experience in managing, leading, coaching, training, and motivating a team and be passionate about helping others succeed. Successful candidates will need to have compassion and genuine interest in helping people succeed both professionally and personally! This is a fast track position so you must be motivated, sincere, have an attitude of service, integrity, honesty, and goodwill.
