Get paid 200BPS and receive leads! Sounds to good to be true? We are serious about hiring Top Originators giving them leads and paying them well. If you are closing 3 loans a month and want to take it to the next level and double or triple your production you should pick up the phone and call us. We are looking for knowledgeable, hard working Loan Officers! We are a national mortgage bank, we are Loan Officer focused and believe in transparency. Our Loan Officers feel empowered to do their jobs. We have a highly experienced operations team working for the loan officers not against them. We will underwrite credit only loans with NO PROPERTY address, ask around this isn't really happening in the market place. Underwriting turn times are 24-48 hour underwriting, with 24 hours for docs and funding.



We provide each Loan Officer with a computer either lap top or desk top, we let the LO choose. We have on-line live pricing and locking, personalized websites, customized marketing materials, in-house IT and Marketing support! We are a MORTGAGE BANKER with an open platform to bank or broker. Our company has FHA, VA, Conventional & USDA delegated underwriting authority and will fund niche products including streamline 203k, Homepath and My Community Loans.



We are looking for candidates with a proven record of success in generating personal production, a minimum of 3 years lending experiences, an NMLS license or those currently working for a bank with the wiliness to get licensed and pass a background check.
