Program Manager (Liberty Lake, WA)

Unicep Packaging, Inc. is a world class provider of contract mixing, packaging and private label solutions to the oral health care, pharmaceutical, IVD, cosmeceutical, and nutraceutical markets for liquids, gels, and semi-solids. We contract fill bottles and our unique, unit-dose, modified blow-fill-seal MicroDose® and Twist-Tip vials with a variety of products.
We are currently recruiting for the position of:
Program Manager
In response to continual growth and promotion we are seeking a Program Manager to join our Team. The Program Manager will be responsible for working with Business Development to win new customers, while maintaining and growing existing customers; will oversee execution of contracts and manage customer relationships; will drive activities from proposal phase through product development to customer satisfaction.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Administer and manage multiple quotes and the Request for Quote (RFP) process with a basic understanding of cost drivers.
Interact with manufacturers' representatives, customers and sales executives to resolve discrepancies in the RFQ.
Serve as primary point of contact for assigned customers/projects
Manage implementation of new projects utilizing the Product Realization process. Maintain program timeline, resources and milestone charts.
Generate, maintain and publish reports on cost, margins and inventory levels.
Advise management of program status on a regular basis.
Ensure compliance with GMP, FDA, OSHA, and all other regulatory requirements, in accordance with company policy.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
5+ years experience in engineering, high volume assembly management, procurement, or finance; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Bachelor's degree in engineering or business, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience in a FDA regulated manufacturing facility and knowledge of GMP regulations.
Knowledge of cost accounting and materials procurement.
Proven proficiency in managing to timelines.
Ability to effectively present information.
Proficient with applied business and economic mathematics and analysis.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Project for managing reports.
Fundamental understanding of RFQ process.
Excellent interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
