Unicep Packaging, Inc. is a world class provider of contract mixing, packaging and private label solutions to the oral health care, pharmaceutical, IVD, cosmeceutical, and nutraceutical markets for liquids, gels, and semi-solids. We contract fill bottles and our unique, unit-dose, modified blow-fill-seal MicroDose® and Twist-Tip™ vials with a variety of products.



We are currently recruiting for the position of: Business Development Coordinator



The Business Development Coordinator will introduce Unicep Packaging services to prospective Customers and proactively execute a development program and communication strategy to generate quality leads for Project Managers. Some travel required.



ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Generate a pipeline through nurturing and qualifying leads, prospecting, cold calling and face to face meetings of potential Customers

• Identifying decision makers amongst the targeted leads in order to begin sales process

• Following up with Customers continuously, responding to Customer enquiries through calls, emails, and/or letters

• Manage and maintain tracking of business development opportunities

• Assist with inside sales support for direct mailings, samples and other marketing/sales activities as needed

• Complete research projects as designated by management



MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or a combination of equivalent experience and/or education

• Ability to learn about Customer's market and core business processes

• Ability to learn, understand, and articulate the range of Unicep's capabilities

• Superior communication skills with the ability to interact cross-functionally at all organizational levels

• Strong time management and prioritization skills with a demonstrated ability to execute multiple projects and excel in a results-oriented work environment

• Excellent written and oral communications skills

• Strong research and analytical
