Unicep Packaging, Inc. is a world class provider of contract mixing, packaging and private label solutions to the oral health care, pharmaceutical, IVD, cosmeceutical, and nutraceutical markets for liquids, gels, and semi-solids. We contract fill bottles and our unique, unit-dose, modified blow-fill-seal MicroDose® and Twist-Tip™ vials with a variety of products.



We are currently recruiting for the position of: Warehouse Supervisor



We seek an experienced, hand-on Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our Liberty Lake Distribution Center and Sandpoint facility. The Warehouse Supervisor manages all personnel operations: shipping, receiving, transportation, and inventory control



ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Manage the daily operations of the Warehouse, including the delivery, storage, and shipping of raw and finished materials

 Responsible of Inventory Management -- cycle count program

 Supervise employees through training, coaching, prioritizing and assigning tasks to be completed

 Monitor warehouse storage, receiving, security, and shipping to insure procedures are being followed

 Ensure inventory is properly and accurately maintained according to Company procedures and FDA regulations

 Prepares reports on warehouse/delivery activities and inventory levels

 Develop, communicate, and resolve inventory issues

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

 Minimum 5 years in a warehouse/distribution setting

 Minimum 2 years in a supervisory role

 Experience in a FDA regulated manufacturing facility and knowledge of GMP regulations.

 Good knowledge of Purchasing and Inventory Control principles and practices

 Strong leadership skills

 Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.

 Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Project for managing reports.

 Excellent interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
