Full time Customer Service / Administrative Support (Spokane) Full-time

Eco-friendly Luxury Handbags and Accessories Company has an opening for a great customer support representative to answer phone calls and emails from existing customers. Predominantly email correspondence and website tickets. Primary responsibility is processing incoming customer inquiries from wholesale retailers, and double-checking the completeness of information.


No sales required, exclusively a customer service position.


Position Requirements



  • Good communication skills -- phone and written
  • Self-directed and punctual
  • Highly organized with an eye for detail
  • Must enjoy dealing directly with customers.
  • Very basic computer experience required - Frequent use of email and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to multi-task

FT job 40 hrs/week -- 8:00am - 5:00pm.   Interested candidates should submit their resume by email and any other relevant qualifications.
