Position: Interchange Parent Supervisor
JOB DESCRIPTION
Requirements: The person assuming this role should as a minimum meet the following requirements; a) high school diploma, b) basic computer and word processing skills, c) typing proficiency at 30 words per minute, d) the ability to use basic office machines, e) positive writing and speaking skills f) problem solving abilities g) attention to detail h) reliable transportation.
OBJECTIVE: The person filling this position is to be cross-trained to assist in a number of critical office functions at the Fulcrum Institute Dispute Resolution Clinic. This individual is to have responsibilities to all departments within the Clinic, including but not limited to supervising visits between parents and children, accurately reporting each visit in writting, demonstrate the ability to remain neutral to all parties involved, and the ability to adhere to constant changes.
FUNCTIONS: To conduct supervised visits and exchanges for the Fulcrum Interchange Program in Coeur d’ Alene, Idaho and Spokane, Washington. — To complete all required paperwork for supervised visits and exchanges — To assist in all promotional, organizational, and conductive aspects of the Fulcrum Interchange Program — To assist in the training and scheduling of new personnel involved in Fulcrum Interchange Program — To work closely with the Director of the Fulcrum Interchange Program to ensure its professional and continual optimum operation — To perform internal office functions for the Fulcrum Institute Dispute Resolution Clinic — To complete public relations engagements for the Fulcrum Institute Dispute Resolution Clinic — To complete projects as assigned. On a daily basis this individual will report to the Office Manager/Interchange Supervisor and the Associate Director. The Interchange Parent Supervisor shall be supervised by the Office Coordinator/Interchange Director with the Associate and Executive Director providing company oversight.
WORK SCHEDULE AND SALARY
This individual is to work no more than 40 hours per week and no less than 10 hours per week through a somewhat flexible schedule but with standard hours identified. This individual shall be paid on an hourly basis of $10.00 per hour. After six months employee will receive full medical benefits. They will receive one hour for each round trip to Coeur d’ Alene. In addition they will receive mileage at .25 per mile for DSHS transportation. Insurance requirements for DSHS transportation will be handled on an as needed basis. Shifts available 8am to 8pm 7 days a week.
