JOB DESCRIPTION



Customer Service and Sales for sewing/craft shop. Part-time, 10-25 hours per week.



ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.



· Sales and Customer Service



· Set up of advertising displays or arrangements of merchandise.



·Provides feedback to manager.



Attends monthly store meetings.



· Provides good customer and employee relations by answering questions concerning location, price, and use of merchandise.



· Provides strong customer demonstrations.



· Responsible for facilitating Owner's Classes and other Creative Classes.



· Responsible to participate in ongoing, training.



Requirements



· 1+ years retail experience with a demonstrated success in closing sales



· Demonstrated ability to live the company values



· Demonstrated interpersonal and customer service skills



· Must be detail oriented, organized, and able to adhere to operational processes



· Previous sewing experience a strong plus



· Computer proficiency a plus



· Ability to lift or move up to 70lbs



· GED or High School Equivalent required; degree in business a plus
