STORE MANAGER
As a store manager, you will manage the daily operations of the store. This includes managing sales, expenses, profits, and assets of the store while ensuring all customers are receiving a high level of customer service consistent with our Ace helpful brand. In addition, you will also be responsible for associate development, merchandising, inventory control, safety, human resources and loss prevention in order to promote sales and meet profit goals.
Qualifications
3-5 years' retail management experience
Hardware background helpful but will train the right candidates
Exceptional customer service skills
Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication and follow through skills
Excellent problem-solving and organization skills
Ability to and willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet the needs of the business
