Company is investing in our business intelligence capabilities to support better customer relationships, enhance clinical analyses, and transform data into information. This is exciting, innovative work with many challenges. Currently, our Enterprise Information Management (EIM) department is seeking a talented, results-oriented individual for the Senior Information Delivery Analyst.



Responsible for gathering requirements as needed for enterprise standard and ad hoc reports, consulting with end users on reporting details, and writing reports to meet the requirements. Deliver user interface Business Intelligence solutions that are driven by the organizational strategic and improvement initiatives. Partner with technical team members, business users, and stakeholders, and participate in the project management process. Provide guidance and training to less experienced Information Delivery developers. Work at the highest technical level in all phases of the development life cycle. Assist in the implementation of the Enterprise reporting strategy and vision.

Education

Minimum Education Requirements

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business, or other related field or experience.



Knowledge/Skills

Minimum Knowledge/Skills Requirements

Knowledge of and experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), relational database design principles, and SQL. Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment, lead projects, and cover on call duties as required. Experience working in an Enterprise Data Warehouse environment. Knowledge of Business Objects, Web Intelligence, Xcelsius, Universe Designer, SQL, and Crystal Reports,



Experience

Minimum Experience Requirements

2 years of Crystal Reports, Business Objects Web Intelligence, Universe Designer,

2 years of experience with Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing.

2 years of Epic Clarity database reporting - clinical and revenue tracks. Bonus, not required

2 years of project/team leadership of complex business intelligence and reporting solutions. Bonus, not required
