Administrative Assistant



We have a great opportunity available for the right person to be a part of the administrative team for a medical consulting company in business for nearly 25 years.



Reporting to the Executive Assistant and Nurse Consultant Medical Director, you will be responsible for providing administrative support as instructed, including but not limited to typing professional style letters and reports and communicating with medical providers to assist with obtaining and sharing of information.



Qualifications and Experience:



We are looking for someone with administration/support experience and great PC skills (MS Word, Outlook, Power Point).

The successful candidate will be extremely organized, efficient and self-motivated. The nature of our business is fast moving and dynamic so you will need to be flexible and able to effectively deal with changes in business needs as they arise.



The person we are looking for must have:

• 3 years previous administrative office experience



• Professional communication and phone skills



• Ability to multi-task



• Adaptability and flexibility



• Reliability for confidentiality



• Independent decision making skills



• Ability to use standard office equipment
