Help Desk Representative (Spokane)

Essential responsibilities:
1. Research, solve and respond to questions received via phone, email, voicemail and callbacks in accordance with firm rules.
2. Escalate concerns to correct person based on established guidelines as well as procedures.
3. Do diagnosis on both hardware and software issues to implement resolution to those problems.
Qualifications:
- Should have professional and hospitable telephone etiquette and deal effectively with clients, peers, as well as organization.
- Should have a high level of problem solving abilities and innate decision taking capacity.
