MAKE A DIFFERENCE! Volt is seeking qualified System Analysts for immediate Contract to Direct and Direct opportunities. This is an excellent opportunity for qualified individuals to work on complex and challenging projects!
These positions require Project Management EXPERTISE in system selection, conceptual design, project planning, resource scheduling, problem solving, project closure, quality assurance and training management.
Resolves problems and issues, utilizing the most timely and cost effective alternative solutions.
Analyze, design, code, test and maintain applications, including Web Sites.
Provide status reports and analysis of systems performance.
Requirements:
System Analyst Qualifications:
5 years of experience with MEDITECH applications.
Background in one or more of the following areas: Nursing, Clinical, Ancillary, Ambulatory, Revenue Cycle and/or Reporting.
Experience analyzing, designing, implementing, testing, training, writing User Documentation and resolving User problems.
Must have Project Management expertise in system selection, conceptual design, project planning, resource scheduling, problem solving, project closure, quality assurance and training management.
Education: A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Administration or equivalent training, experience and education.
Soft Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
Well-organized, self-motivated, goal oriented, with strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Independent decision making.
