Local contracting company serving Spokane & Cd'A for over 25 years is currently seeking to fill the position of Service Dispatch Professional, the successful applicant will possess the following qualifications:



- Customer service driven in every aspect

- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)

- Organized thought process while monitoring multi-line phones.

- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.

- Excellent decision making abiltiy while being understanding and caring with all customers.

- Ability to use multiple software and internet programs.

- History of dispatching and scheduling co-workers while dealing directly with the public.

- Minimum of 3 years work experience in a contracting trade, i.e. hvac, plumbing, electrical.
