Goodwill Industries is looking for an upbeat, sales type person to join our recruiting team. We work with individuals who are transitioning back into the community and match them with adult mentors. The right applicant needs to be outgoing, open minded, goal oriented, have attention to detail, think outside the box and not mind working odd hours. Knowledge of DOC would be helpful. You will develop new community relationships and must be comfortable speaking to large and small groups using a "can do" attitude. Position requires a minimum of two years working with volunteer/mentor recruitment programs; BA/BS or 1-2 years related experience and/or training or combination of related education and experience; and be computer literate w/Microsoft Suite. Must have strong organizational, writing, verbal and interpersonal abilities as well as social media skills. Experience working in racially, ethnically and socioeconomically diverse communities preferred. This full-time position offers paid training, benefits and employee discount.
