Background Researcher (Spokane Valley, WA)

Spokane Valley background screening company is seeking a part-time Credit and Criminal Specialist to join our background screening team. All candidates must have a great attitude and great work ethic. Ideal position for applicants looking for a flexible part-time supplemental income.
Work Schedule:
Hours will vary from approximately 10-25 hours a week depending on demand (more hours available in spring and summer months)
Hours are flexible within our normal business hours of M-F 8-4:30
Responsibilities include:
Entering information into online processing system
Researching and reviewing of criminal records
Providing customer service to clients over the phone
Answering and transferring calls on a multi-line phone system
Relevant job training will be provided for this position.
Successful candidates will meet the following requirements:
Ability to speak Spanish a plus
Must have a background in office and computer work
Must have strong computer knowledge and high level of comfort with searching and investigating information on the internet
Must be able to type 60+ words per minute
Must be professional and have a great phone voice
Must be able to communicate effectively with customers and peers
Must be detail oriented and an excellent multi-tasker
Must be able to pass a background check
