Average annual income for positions in customer service, management trainees and sales associates range from $30K-$50K. Average earnings for sales associates in their first eight months with 20 weekly presentations is $1,764/week. For associates over eight months with 20 weekly presentations average income is $2,613/week. Sales managers running an office in 2011 averaged $115,436 in earnings.
AIL provides complete training and mentorship, paid licensing school for hires without the required statel licenses, an established customer base, company generated high-quality leads, no cold calling or prospecting, strong long term earning potential and rapid advancement opportunities.
Successful candidates will have a strong work ethic, be motivated to achieve financial success, be flexible, adaptable and trainable, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, reliable transportation and the ability to pass a state required background check. Knowledge of second language and Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
