Busy downtown law firm seeking experienced full-time transactional legal assistant with strong computer skills and familiarity with MS Office programs.



Ideal candidate will be familiar with transactional matters including tax and probate, banking, and some exposure to litigation matters. Familiarity with tax law, tax forms as well as with court rules and procedures is a plus. Communication and organizational skills are essential as well as the ability to multi-task, take initiative, and work independently.



The legal field is a fast-paced but rewarding field. We are looking for someone with high energy and a passion for the legal field -- someone who isn't afraid to take initiative, take ownership, and become a valuable member of our legal team!
