Farmers Insurance Agent

After you have obtained your licenses, you will be appointed to our Reserve-agent program where you’ll begin training to learn our various products and the selling skills needed to become a successful Farmers agent.

Preferred Skills and Abilities

Must obtain Property, Casualty, Life and Health insurance licenses within 6 months.
Knowledge or experience with various sales distribution methods, i.e., direct, internet, etc. Written and verbal communication skills.
Organizational and project management skills. Personal Computer Skills (Microsoft Suite, Internet, Lotus Notes, Lotus Databases).
