Part time Administrative Assistant (Post Falls, ID)

Maintains and runs an efficient office environment for a local non-profit. Provides administrative, secretarial & clerical support to the Executive Director.
Answer phones, take & distribute messages, greet public, clients. Manage venue rentals, assist in event planning & attend events, manage volunteers. Maintain accurate & up to date budget records in Microsoft Excel. Handle all incoming communication including but not limited to: mail, emails, outgoing mail, mailing lists-maintain databases; type documents, fax scan, copy, and handle all administrative records. Organize travel arrangments, coordinate and organize appointments and meetings.
Key Competencies:
Organization and planning skills, work management & prioritizing skills, verbal & written communication skills, problem solving, attention to detail, accuracy, flexibility, reliability, good with the public, volunteer coordination & non-profit experience preferred.
Education & Experience:
HS Diploma or Equivalent
Business college training an advantage
Previous Administrative experience-minimum of 2 years
Competent computer skills including MS Office suite and Quickbooks
Proficiency in MS Excel
Intermediate in Quickbooks Pro
Internet skills: email, group messaging and information gathering, constant contact emails.
Part time opportunity to start: 9am-2pm Monday through Friday, evenings and weekends as necessary to attend events
Starting wage is 10/hr
