Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Spokane Valley) Full-time

West Corporation is currently seeking individuals with exceptional spanish and english communication skills. We are hiring for the position of Credit Account Representative, and need to bring on a team of 5 individuals. West's Credit Account Representatives receive calls from our client's customers, who are calling to activate their credit cards. Representatives on this campaign verify account holder information and offer credit protection products as required. Candidates must have excellent communication and customer service skills, and the ability to maintain a professional tone at all times.
