We are a MORTGAGE BANKER with an open platform to bank or broker. Our company has FHA, VA, Conventional & USDA delegated underwriting authority and will fund niche products including 203k, Homepath and My Community Loans. We are looking for candidates with a proven record of success in generating personal production, 3 years lending experiences, an NMLS license or those currently working for a bank with the wiliness to get licensed and pass a background check.
We also offer an excellent benefits plan that includes high commissions up to 200bps, guarantees, medical, dental, voluntary life, short term disability insurance, cafeteria plan, paid time off, and 401(k) retirement plan.
